Terms of purchase

Repairs & refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not operate a refund or exchange policy for “Change of Mind” or “Incorrect Items Purchased” Returns.

If your artwork is damaged or in any other way, contact us within 3 days to let us know and we’ll organise a repair or replacement.

Buyers will need to pay the costs of return delivery. Your artwork needs to be returned in “as-new” condition and in the same packaging as it arrived. If it’s not in “as-new” condition we reserve the right to return the product to you and refuse the refund.

Please note that, as all monitors are different, colours may appear different to what you see on your screen.

Currency & transactions

All prices are displayed and transactions made are in Australian Dollars.

If you are using a non-Australian credit card, your financial institution may charge a conversion fee as well as additional charges. Please check with your financial institution for details.

Authenticity

For original artworks purchased, your painting will be hand signed on the front and back, with its title written on the rear of the canvas. You will also receive a certificate of authenticity.

Fine Art Prints & handling timeframe

For Fine Art Prints, please allow 2-3 weeks for your print prior to being shipped as all artwork is printed to order. Prints are checked and carefully wrapped for safe shipping.

Prints on paper are either shipped flat in a rigid mailer or shipped rolled in mailing tube. Please note, all fine art prints are made, packaged and shipped directly from our printer.

Customs & Import Duty

For all countries except Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Carmen Mazzarotta does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For information regarding your country’s customs policy, please contact your local customs office.
